1. Acceptance of Terms

Creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Platform constitutes unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts.

2. Description of the Service

Trading Intelligence provides software as a service (SaaS) that includes:

• An Trading Intelligence Mentor with trading behavior and discipline analysis
• MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account sync, journaling and statistics
• Market analysis, an economic calendar and news feeds
• Premium indicators, tools and training simulators
• Reports and recommendations generated by artificial intelligence

3. Educational Purpose — Not Financial Advice

All content, analysis, signals, indicators and Intelligence output are provided solely for educational and informational purposes. They do NOT constitute investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and are not a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.

You make all trading decisions independently and at your own risk. The Platform does not manage funds and does not execute trades on your behalf.

4. Risk Warning

Trading Forex, CFDs and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and may result in the loss of all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

Never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose. You are solely responsible for any losses.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Renewal

• Access to paid features is granted through monthly or yearly subscription plans.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You may cancel anytime from account settings or the billing portal; access remains active until the end of the current paid period.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to premium features, paid subscription fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected. Refund requests are reviewed case by case at the email below.

7. Connecting MT5 / Brokerage Accounts

• MT5 account connection is used only to read trading data for analysis, journaling and statistics.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the connection details you provide and for compliance with your broker’s terms.
• Limits on the number of connected accounts depend on your chosen subscription plan.

8. Registration & Account Security

• You provide true, accurate and current information at registration.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.
• You do not share, transfer or resell account access.

9. Acceptable Use

You must not:

• copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software, indicators or Intelligence models;
• resell, redistribute or share paid content with third parties;
• use automated scraping tools without permission;
• infringe intellectual property rights or use the service for unlawful purposes;
• create multiple accounts to bypass limits or payments.

10. Intellectual Property

The entire platform — including software, code, Intelligence models, indicators, design, text and trademarks — is owned by Trading Intelligence or its licensors and is protected by law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use for the duration of an active subscription.

11. Data & Privacy

We process your personal and trading data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law (including GDPR). We use data to provide and improve the service, including generating Intelligence analysis.

12. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without express or implied warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trading Intelligence is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on its content.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these terms, without notice and without refund. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription.

14. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. For material changes we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Disputes are resolved by the competent Bulgarian courts, to the extent this does not conflict with mandatory consumer rules.
